Antinori, Pèppoli Chianti Classico 2024

Marchesi Antinori is one of Italy’s oldest family-run wine dynasties, tracing its history back to 1385. Now in its 26th generation, the Antinori family continues to lead Tuscan winemaking through innovation, estate-driven viticulture and deep respect for tradition. Their operations span several historic properties, all managed sustainably with a focus on expressing the richness and diversity of Tuscany. Bright ruby with aromas of wild cherry, raspberry and violet. The 2024 blend (predominantly Sangiovese with touches of Merlot and Syrah) is aged for around nine months in large Slavonian oak, with a small portion in barriques. The palate is lively and supple, offering red fruit purity, soft tannins and a gentle herbal lift, finishing fresh and classically balanced. Sustainably produced; vegan-friendly.
